From Chawli Pariwar in U.P., served as a doctor at Baroda.

Obtained higher Medical qualification of FRCS in U.K. and further postgraduate medical studies in Vienna, Austria.

Became Chairman of Executive Committee of American Medical Association in Vienna, Austria.

Following the annexation of Austria to Nazi Germany in 1938, Dr. Kulshrestha helped Miss Emilie Lederer out of Austria, married her and settled back in Baroda with her.

Became personal physician to Maharaja of Baroda.

Established Mini National Health Care and served the poor till the end.

They had 3 children-Dr.Maya Lederer, Geeta Kedar Voivodas Brenner and Arvind Kulshrestha.
