Following the annexation of Austria to Nazi Germany in 1938, Dr. Kulshrestha helped Miss Emilie Lederer out of Austria, married her and settled back in Baroda with her.
Became personal physician to Maharaja of Baroda.
Established Mini National Health Care and served the poor till the end.
